Tuition and Payment Policy |
Hope Christian Academy Mooresville is an educational facility that, with the exception of the Opportunity Scholarship and Disabilities Grant, receives NO outside federal or state funding. All funding is privately given. This ensures that HCA Mooresville is able to maintain control over staff, curriculum, and overall environment without fear of retribution from government officials or financiers. HCA Mooresville holds the right to change, add, or delete tuition and fees at any time. HCA Mooresville will give parents/guardians a minimum of thirty (30) days notice of any price changes. The following fees are nonrefundable regardless of length of attendance: Registration for each student is $175 (this ensures the student's spot is held and is per child K-12), Book fees $450 (per child K-12), Testing/Supply Fee $225 (per child K-12), Yearbook/Field-Trip Fee $150 (per child K-12), Technology Fee $200 (per child K-12). Senior fees are also charged for each graduate and are determined on an individual basis.

- The first (1st) payment will be due on or by July 1st of the current academic year.
- In order for your children to be promoted into the next grade or transcripts to be released your account must be paid in full by May 1st of the current academic year. This is applicable to all payment plans. NO exceptions will be made.
If you have a fourth (4th) child you wish to enroll in HCA Mooresville, they and all subsequent siblings of the same family will be free of tuition. Before receiving free tuition for any child, HCA Mooresville requires that parents/guardians bring the birth certificates for each potential student. Please note that registration and book fees apply to ALL students regardless of number of siblings enrolled.
